After much of Downtown Oklahoma City’s historic stock of buildings were razed in the 1970s and subsequently left vacant during the following economic downturn, urban planners have dreamt of a way to revitalize and re-imagine these lots.
701 Hudson answered the call, with a true legacy creative infill project, turning back the hands of time while creating an impeccably built, architecturally significant new structure.
From the outset, the project was a true collaboration between developer, architect, and builder. Blonde brick and white maple carried throughout the elevated selections, while a custom-built furniture and millwork package provided a first-of-its-kind luxury residential option in the Downtown market. The completed project commanded attention and a new precedent-setting price point, thus cementing the new foundation for Downtown OKC’s residential renaissance.
