The Capucille Barn is a three-story structure created to house a gymnasium for basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and lounge spaces. The basement was created as a wine cellar with additional room for guest living quarters. The gymnasium is located on the main level with a large barn door opening to the outside. The gym also has a garage door that leads into a lounge space with a fully operational wet bar that can be hidden behind custom millwork doors. The upper level consists of a loft-style office with additional space for maximum comfort.

Upon completion, the Capucille’s achieved their end goal of creating an extension of their home that invites guests and the community to gather, exercise, and grow together.
